How do I access your services through My Aged Care?
If you have a Home Care Package or are eligible for the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, you can use your funding to access our services. Contact us and we'll help guide you through the process.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
For Medicare EPC plans, you'll need a referral from your GP. For private consultations, My Aged Care, DVA, or NDIS funding, no GP referral is required. We can help you understand which pathway is best for you.
What types of group classes do you offer?
We offer gym circuit classes, Better Balance classes, and aqua aerobics programs. All classes are specifically designed for retirement village residents and are led by qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists.
Can you help after a hospital stay?
Yes, our Hospital Rehabilitation service provides smooth transition support for residents returning from hospital stays. We create personalised recovery plans to help you regain mobility and confidence.
What qualifications do your team have?
Our team consists of qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, all registered with AHPRA and accredited with relevant professional bodies including the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
How much do your services cost?
Costs vary depending on the service and funding pathway. We accept My Aged Care, Medicare EPC Plans, Private Health Insurance, DVA, NDIS, and private payments. Contact us for a personalised quote.
