How do I access your services through My Aged Care?
If you have a Home Care Package or are eligible for the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), you can use that funding to access our physiotherapy and exercise physiology services in your retirement village. Contact us with your funding details and we'll help you arrange the right service and guide you through the approvals.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
For a Medicare EPC (Chronic Disease Management) plan, your GP prepares a care plan that subsidises up to 5 allied-health visits per calendar year, so a GP referral is required. For private consultations, My Aged Care, DVA, or NDIS funding, no GP referral is needed — you can contact us directly. We're happy to help you work out which pathway suits you best.
What types of group classes do you offer?
We offer gym circuit classes, Better Balance classes, and aqua aerobics programs. All classes are specifically designed for retirement village residents and are led by qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists.
Can you help after a hospital stay?
Yes, our Hospital Rehabilitation service provides smooth transition support for residents returning from hospital stays. We create personalised recovery plans to help you regain mobility and confidence.
What qualifications do your team have?
Our team consists of qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, all registered with AHPRA and accredited with relevant professional bodies including the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
How much do your services cost?
Costs depend on the service and your funding pathway. Many residents pay little or nothing out of pocket when using My Aged Care (Home Care Packages or CHSP), DVA, or NDIS funding. Medicare EPC visits are partly subsidised, and private consultations are fee-for-service. We accept My Aged Care, Medicare EPC Plans, Private Health Insurance, DVA, NDIS, and private payments — contact us for a personalised quote based on your funding.
